Return to old St. Lawrence, 1843 whereby old miserly Ebeneezer Scrooge (R. O’Donnell) Bah Humbugs the Christmas spirit, wishing to avoid the aged-old holiday tradition altogether. Yet comical ghosts from his past, present and future come out of the closet to scare some sense into the doomed man. Think Monty Python meets Tim Buurton in BRAZILLIA R. KREEP’S CHRISTMAS CAROL, a full-scale musical comedy with over a dozen toe-tapping songs and a talented cast hailing from every nook and crannie of the glorious North Country.
Brazillia R. Kreep (a.k.a. Richard O’Donnell) has penned several fruitful musicals for St. John’s Conservatory Theater including the well-attended ALICE ISN’T ALL THERE (based on Lewis Carroll’s classic ALICE’S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND) and KREEPY HALLOW (based on Washington Irving’s short story THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HALLOW).
JCT principal creative staff include Director R. O’Donnell, Musical Director and Choreographer Angela Conzone Dwyer, Arranger and Orchestrator Ryan C. McNally, Scenic and Prop Designer Stephen Chambers, Costume and Makeup Designer Karen Fischbeck Carmony, Technical Director and Production Coordinator Christopher Dwyer, and Stage Manager Sadie Smith. Collectively they have over five decades of professional theatrical and academic experience including regional, stock, bus and truck, off-off-Broadway, off-Broadway, and Broadway stages.

O’Donnell as Scrooge, Stephen Chambers as Jacob Marley, Eric Key as Thaddeus Plum (Ghost of Been There Done That), Angela Dwyer as Matilda Pift (Ghost of Christmas Presents), Sydney Sargent as Elvira Fripple, and Ryan Woodard as Fezziwig. The Cratchit family is played by Christopher Dwyer as Bob,
Shelly Murdock as Emily, Macy Murdock as Martha, Grace Brunet as Bell, and Dee Bellinger as Tiny Tina. The Street Urchins are portrayed by Sloane Ryan as Nipper, Jullian LeBel as Cager, Hailey Weber as Dolly, Grace Wills as Scrubs, Grace Brunet as Patch, Grant Brunet as Rusty, and Chris Rodriguez as Spider. Carolers are Katrina Putman as Mrs. Sparkles, Mike Wills as Mr. Sparkles, Maeve Putman as Angie Sparkles, Grant Putman as Joey Sparkles, Kenzie Bucher as Kelly Sparkles, Myah Myers as Robin Sparkles, and Emma Murray as Tipsy Sparkles.
